Bath Animal Welfare Foundation is a volunteer non-profit founded in 2002. Our mission is to help dogs, cats and horses that are homeless and/or in need, with an overreaching goal that every dog and cat in Bath County is spayed or neutered and has a loving home. We do not euthanize, unless medically necessary. We interface with Bath County Animal Shelter to take animals for which we feel we can find an adoptive home and prepare them for adoption.
BAWF is part of Spay Virginia, a project of the Virginia Federation of Humane Societies.
